Let's talk value

You cannot put a price tag on Quality of Life. Police administration and the community are truly supportive of the sworn officers and professional staff because of their commitment and work ethic. Most employees reside in Vacaville and enjoy a short 5 minute commute to the police department. This gives employees more time with their families. Additionally, employees are encouraged to attend their children’s extracurricular activities such as school functions and sporting events which creates better work / life balance.
